SALES EXECUTIVE @ DRAGON OIL TANZANIA LIMITED
DRAGON OIL TANZANIA LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team, specializing in the Lubricating Oil & Large Scale Mechanical Equipments industry. This role is crucial for expanding the company's customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will be based in Tanzania, specifically in PWANI MKURANGA, and will play a pivotal role in the company's growth within the region.
Key responsibilities for this position include actively identifying and developing new business opportunities, effectively promoting and selling a diverse range of lubricating oils and large-scale mechanical equipment. The Sales Executive will be expected to build and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing customers and business partners. This involves conducting thorough market research to pinpoint customer needs and emerging industry trends, preparing precise quotations, skillfully negotiating contracts, and successfully closing sales deals. Additionally, the role requires proactive follow-up on customer inquiries, providing exceptional after-sales support, and consistently meeting monthly and annual sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for preparing detailed sales reports, submitting regular updates to management, and coordinating seamlessly with internal departments to ensure efficient order delivery and paramount customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in lubricants, oil & gas, automotive products, motor vehicle spare parts, heavy machinery and equipment, or industrial products.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Strong capability to promote and sell lubricating oils and/or large-scale mechanical equipment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Experience in conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Proficiency in preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
