We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join Djembe Consultants in South Africa. This role is designed for professionals who can support the delivery of strategic public relations and media engagement programs within our growing agency. The position is open to individuals based in South Africa, with a specific focus on those located in Johannesburg or Cape Town, who possess a strong background in client servicing and agency-side operations.

Proven experience in client servicing within a consultancy or agency environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in media monitoring and reporting tools.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
