Key Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in sales and debt collection or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills to ensure effective loan recovery and sales conversion.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling financial transactions.
Strong customer focus and the ability to resolve client inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analytical skills to prepare detailed reports on sales and collections performance.
