HEAD – CREDIT ADMINISTRATION @ DIAMOND TRUST BANK (DTB)
The Head of Credit Administration will lead and oversee the Credit Administration function at Diamond Trust Bank. This senior-level role is responsible for ensuring smooth transaction processing, maintaining robust documentation controls, overseeing prompt loan disbursements, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance across the credit portfolio. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the bank's operational health by managing risk and maintaining accurate reporting systems.
Furthermore, the incumbent will serve as a strategic leader, managing the custody, registration, and periodic review of collateral and security documents. They will be tasked with tracking facility covenants, maintaining exception registers, and resolving any identified breaches to protect the bank's interests. The candidate will also be responsible for the timely preparation and submission of all necessary statutory and regulatory returns, including those required by the Bank of Tanzania (BoT) and Credit Reference Bureaus (CRB).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
10+ years in banking with a focus on Credit Administration, Operations, or Risk.
3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong expertise in loan documentation and collateral management.
Proven experience in regulatory reporting (BoT, CRB).
High integrity and strategic thinking capabilities.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CIB are an advantage.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking credit policies and procedures.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Core Banking Systems.
