A leading government entity in Riyadh is currently seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and capital planning for mega infrastructure and investment programs. This executive role involves overseeing financial operations across multi-billion SAR investment portfolios, ensuring long-term fiscal stability and alignment with government objectives. The candidate will be a pivotal leader within the sovereign wealth and infrastructure sector, driving financial excellence at a national level while navigating the complexities of large-scale government projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles while managing complex capital structures and funding strategies. They will ensure the highest standards of compliance, governance, and financial reporting are met across the organization. Additionally, the CFO will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and the board of directors, providing strategic financial insights and managing risk to protect the entity's vast assets. Monthly Salary: SAR 150,000 – 250,000+ tax-free + executive benefits, bonus, LTIP.

Key Requirements
15–20+ years in senior financial leadership roles.
Strong experience in infrastructure, sovereign funds, or large corporations.
Proven track record managing large-scale budgets and investments.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional accounting/finance certification.
Expert-level proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
In-depth understanding of capital structure, investments, and funding strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in compliance, governance, and financial reporting standards.
Extensive background in risk management and organizational financial controls.
Proven ability to provide strategic financial advice to CEOs and Board-level stakeholders.
Previous experience working within the Middle East or GCC regulatory environment.
