SENIOR RESIDENT ENGINEER @ DEWAN ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS
Dewan Architects and Engineers is actively seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to join our leading firm in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction supervision of large-scale projects including residential buildings, high-rise towers, hotels, and office complexes. You will ensure that all site activities align with architectural designs, structural requirements, and safety protocols while managing team workflows and project timelines to maintain the highest quality of delivery.

Key Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in construction supervision.
Must possess a valid Saudi Engineering Certificate.
For non-Saudi applicants, a valid and transferable Iqama is required.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects like high-rise towers and hotels.
Additional professional certifications in project management are highly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Fluency in English is mandatory for technical reporting and coordination.
Expertise in local Saudi building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to resolve complex technical issues on-site efficiently.
