Devine Wealth HR Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee complex mining and industrial projects based in Mwanza, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest standards of safety and commercial excellence. You will act as the primary lead on-site, coordinating between contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity and project success.

Key Requirements
10–15 years of professional experience in mining, heavy industrial or EPCM projects
Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Site Manager or equivalent leadership role
Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience in managing site shutdowns and complex multidisciplinary contractors
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Advanced planning and scheduling proficiency for large-scale operations
Excellent commercial and financial management skills
In-depth knowledge of SHEQ regulations and safety standards in Tanzania
Ability to build and maintain professional stakeholder and client relationships
Proficiency in project management software and site communication tools
