SENIOR SALES OFFICER @ DERM GROUP (T) LTD
Derm Group (T) LTD is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering successful projects while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. As a senior member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence within the telecom and engineering sectors. You will work closely with the leadership team to align sales strategies with broader corporate goals.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, as well as developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for potential clients. Additionally, you will manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, negotiate contract terms to maximize value, and mentor junior sales staff to ensure a high-performing and collaborative sales environment. Your focus on quality and attention to detail will be paramount in maintaining the company's reputation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or ICT.
Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and business development experience.
Previous experience in telecom, ICT, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record of securing new business and meeting revenue targets.
Advanced proficiency in managing sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Expertise in preparing compelling technical and commercial proposals.
Strong negotiation skills for high-value contract terms.
Experience in mentoring and supervising junior sales staff.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute complex strategic sales plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
