Delina Group is inviting applications for the position of Sales Representative to bolster our sales force across Tanzania. This opportunity is available for candidates residing in both Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar, making it a wide-reaching role for those interested in field sales. The successful applicant will work towards meeting monthly sales targets and will be rewarded with a retainer salary of 350,000 TZS plus commissions based on performance. Candidates must be youth under the age of 40. This role requires a high level of dedication and the ability to operate effectively in various market environments within Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar to expand our customer base.

Key Requirements
Must be a youth with age not exceeding 40 years.
Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Ability to work in both Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar regions.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Swahili and English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
Basic understanding of sales reporting and market analysis.
