We are building a structured, multi-branch company and are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to lead our expansion efforts. Key Requirements
Proven experience in retail or multi-branch business management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strong background in systems development and performance management.
Significant experience working in fast-moving, high-growth business environments.
Professional experience in international markets such as India or the UAE is highly preferred.
Ability to bring structure and discipline to a growing organizational framework.
Strategic thinking skills with a focus on building, fixing, and scaling operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire diverse teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial oversight.
Willingness to relocate to or work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
