HR OFFICER (1 POSITION) - LOGISTICS COMPANY @ DAYS SPARKLE
Days Sparkle is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to support our logistics operations in Masasi, Mtwara. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of human resource principles and practices, particularly within the fast-paced logistics industry. This role involves managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR records, assisting with policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, resolving employee grievances, and supporting training and development initiatives. Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to the logistics sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Tanzania.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Experience in handling employee grievances and promoting positive employee relations.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all HR matters.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Capacity to advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
