Dawa MKONONI is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company seeking a dedicated Sales Person to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in promoting our wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices across key territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue. This position requires a proactive individual who can represent the company with professionalism while delivering essential medical supplies to our partners. The successful candidate will oversee operations in several regions, including Morogoro, Mbeya, Tabora, and Mtwara. Core duties include conducting product presentations, negotiating supply contracts, and providing detailed market feedback to management. As a representative of a certified quality-focused organization, the sales person must ensure all activities align with industry standards and company values. Frequent travel within the assigned regions is expected to effectively manage the territory and meet growth objectives.
Key Requirements
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
Experience in sales and marketing with ability to identify opportunities.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated track record of driving and achieving revenue growth targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently and manage a large sales territory.
Deep understanding of the regional pharmaceutical market in Tanzania.
Willingness to travel extensively to Morogoro, Mbeya, Tabora, and Mtwara.
Proficiency in using sales reporting tools and basic computer applications.
