We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented professional with strong sales and business development experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities. The successful candidate will focus on lead generation, sales growth, and strategic market execution. The role involves managing client relationships and executing market expansion strategies to ensure the company remains competitive. The salary for this position is KES 60,000 Gross per month plus commissions. You will be responsible for navigating the healthcare sector and delivering high-quality solutions to a diverse client base in Nairobi and beyond.

Key Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development roles. Strong background in healthcare or medical equipment industry is highly preferred. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving market development goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking abilities with a high degree of commercial awareness. Valid driving license and a willingness to travel as required by the business. Demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities. Experience in client relationship management and maintaining long-term partnerships. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales pipelines. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
