AGILE PEOPLE OPERATIONS (HR) INTERNS @ CULTURELLIGENCE
Culturelligence is offering an exciting 3-month global volunteer internship for individuals passionate about Human Resources, Talent Management, and Employer Branding. This remote program is designed for students and recent graduates to gain practical exposure to Agile People Operations within an international work environment. Participants will work on recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and employer branding while collaborating with diverse teams worldwide to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
Interns will benefit from hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrumban, which are increasingly relevant in modern HR. The role provides opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills while conducting strategic research and providing insights for leadership review. Successful completion of the program leads to an internship certificate, LinkedIn endorsements, and potential future growth opportunities within the organization.

Key Requirements
Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR, or related degrees
Recent graduates interested in building a career in People Operations
Strong interest in Agile People Operations, Talent Management, and organizational development
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced remote environment
Access to personal computer laptop and Internet
Conversational English proficiency required
Proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Trello
Ability to dedicate necessary hours to the 3-month global program
