This role is pivotal in managing guest bookings and ensuring that the first point of contact for our international clientele is professional, efficient, and welcoming. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience. Key Requirements
Opera PMS proficiency is mandatory
A positive, can-do attitude with grace under pressure
Genuine passion for hospitality service
Proven experience in a fast-paced hotel environment
Strong communication skills
Interpersonal skills to confidently engage with international guests
Ability to manage room inventory and bookings effectively
High attention to detail regarding guest preferences and data entry
Knowledge of local tourism and hotel distribution channels
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
