Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star resort.
Advanced knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
Exceptional customer service skills and guest relations expertise.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff training and development.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, scheduling, and multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to handle guest complaints and crisis situations professionally.
High attention to detail in guest billing, records, and data entry.
Experience in managing VIP guest protocols and special requests.
Sound knowledge of local Zanzibar attractions and travel logistics.
