IT MAINTENANCE (3 POSITIONS) @ CITY BLUE HOTELS
Hotel Urban by CityBlue in Dar es Salaam is seeking three dedicated IT Maintenance professionals to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all technological systems within the hotel, providing technical support to staff, and maintaining the integrity of the network and hardware infrastructure. This role is critical in maintaining the high standard of service that CityBlue Hotels is known for.
Applicants should have a solid background in IT maintenance with at least three years of experience, particularly in a hospitality environment. The role involves managing system updates, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all guest-facing technology is functional. The position requires a proactive individual who can handle technical challenges efficiently to minimize downtime for hotel operations and guests alike.

Key Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant position
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software systems
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and connectivity management
Experience with hotel-specific software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
Ability to perform routine system maintenance and security updates
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills to assist non-technical staff members
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
