Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Consultant or in a similar role within the industry.
Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
Ability to develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
Fluency in English and Swahili is highly preferred for effective local communication.
