In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting thorough credit assessments, and managing the full life cycle of client loans. Possible work locations for this role include Dar es Salaam and Pwani, requiring candidates to be mobile and familiar with these areas.

Key Requirements
Education: Form Four (CSEE) up to University degree level.
Updated CV highlighting relevant experience.
Introduction letter from the local government authority (Serikali ya Mtaa).
Valid National ID (NIDA).
1 Recent passport-size photo.
Formal job application letter.
Copies of academic and birth certificates.
2 Guarantors with introduction letters from the local government authority, NIDA, or a Voter’s ID.
High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Ability to perform field visits in Dar es Salaam and Pwani regions.
