PRE-SALES ENGINEER @ CCTZ
Cctz is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to serve as a technical expert during the sales cycle. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify client needs, design comprehensive IT solutions, and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate the value of our products and services. This role involves acting as a bridge between technical departments and clients to ensure that all proposed solutions meet the necessary business objectives.
In addition to technical design, the Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept evaluations. The role requires a deep understanding of networking and security technologies, including products from major vendors like Cisco and Huawei. You will also assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that all technical specifications are accurately addressed and that the company remains competitive in the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related field of study.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales engineering or a technical sales support role.
Relevant industry certifications such as Huawei, Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, or CNPA.
Deep technical knowledge of networking protocols, enterprise hardware, and security solutions.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in conducting technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) exercises.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and design appropriate technical architectures.
Experience in preparing detailed technical proposals and responding to formal tender documents (RFP/RFQ).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and product management teams to drive revenue.
