Casa Mikoko is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our brand awareness efforts in Zanzibar. We are creating a premium boutique experience, and we need a proactive individual to drive bookings and manage our market presence.
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing digital channels, and engaging with potential guests and stakeholders. You will work closely with the leadership team to establish Casa Mikoko as a premier destination in the competitive Zanzibar tourism landscape.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing
Relevant degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional attitude and excellent personal presentation
Attention to detail and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment to service excellence
Experience in social media marketing and digital campaigns
Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
