This role involves joining our on-site team as a Scheduler in Training, specifically serving as a Bilingual Scheduler. You will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules between clients and caregivers, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Your daily tasks will include managing incoming client calls, processing referrals, and maintaining real-time communication with internal teams to ensure service continuity. Key Requirements

1+ year of experience in healthcare scheduling preferred. Call center experience will also be considered as a valid background. Exceptional organization skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday. Ability to align working hours with U.S. Eastern Time requirements. Must be located in Kenya and able to work on-site at the designated office. Competency in using computer systems and maintaining accurate digital records.
