BVM Consultancy Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while promoting our technical products and engineering solutions to clients. The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
In addition to business development, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing professional quotations, detailed proposals, and technical presentations. You will also provide essential after-sales support and coordinate closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of service. The gross monthly salary for this position is TZS 1.0 million - 1.2 million.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in technical or engineering sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven negotiation abilities with a client-focused approach.
Ability to meet and exceed established sales targets.
Self-driven with the capacity to work independently.
Proficiency in creating technical proposals and presentations.
Understanding of market analysis and lead generation techniques.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with technical project teams.
Strong interpersonal skills for building long-term customer relationships.
