ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE @ BUZZ GROUP AFRICA
Buzz Group Africa is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring the successful execution of Below the Line (BTL) marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our agency's creative solutions. Your role will involve understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client relations role within the marketing industry.
Deep understanding of Below the Line (BTL) marketing strategies and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
