HR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER @ BUILTWAY CONSTRUCTION
Builtway Construction is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is pivotal in managing our human resources landscape, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction sector and a robust understanding of local regulations.
The successful candidate will take charge of both HR and administrative functions. HR duties include managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisals and exit settlements. On the administrative side, you will oversee company accommodation, transportation, and crucial government relations tasks such as visa processing through MOHRE and Immigration. This is a comprehensive role requiring a high level of organization and strict compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in HR Administration.
Previous experience working with construction companies is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance standards.
Ability to implement company HR policies and procedures effectively.
Experience handling HR operations such as leaves, settlements, transfers, and exits.
Proven skills in manpower planning and strategic sourcing.
Capability to manage the full recruitment cycle from interviewing to onboarding.
Proficiency in managing time, attendance, and payroll administration.
Experience in performance management and conducting appraisals for all employee levels.
Knowledge of company insurances including Medical, Engineering, and Workmen’s compensation.
Experience in handling government relations, renewals, licenses, and registrations.
Ability to manage company accommodation and control transportation logistics.
