HR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER @ BUILTWAY CONSTRUCTION
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administration Officer to join our team at Builtway Construction. This role involves implementing company HR policies, managing operations such as leaves and transfers, and leading manpower planning. The successful candidate will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires, while also managing time, attendance, and payroll systems. Additionally, the officer will handle administrative tasks including company accommodation, visa processing with MOHRE and Immigration, and government relations. You will be responsible for company insurance renewals and controlling transportation logistics. This is a comprehensive role requiring strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and the ability to manage performance appraisals for employees at all levels.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in HR Administration
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance
Proven experience in construction company HR operations
Expertise in manpower planning and organizational development
Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Ability to manage payroll, time, and attendance records accurately
Experience handling company insurances including Medical and Workmen’s compensation
Proficiency in managing government relations, visa processing, and MOHRE regulations
Strong administrative skills for managing company accommodation and transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for performance management
