CONTRACT ENGINEER (OFFICE-BASED) @ BRUNEL

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveying.
At least 8 years of experience in contract management for EPC projects.
In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard international contract forms.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial dispute resolution.
Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex commercial agreements.
Experience in the Middle Eastern legal and commercial landscape.
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contract files simultaneously.
