Key Requirements
Degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in MEL, specifically within the NGO sector.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, or Excel).
Experience in designing and implementing M&E systems and tools.
Strong skills in data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of international development standards and indicators.
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
Experience conducting field research and site visits in South Africa.
Strong ethical standards regarding data privacy and program evaluation.
