BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania is recruiting a Senior Manager for Administration & Logistics to be based in Dar es Salaam under Requisition ID 1661. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of logistics and administration, including fleet management, facility maintenance, and the management of organizational assets. The Senior Manager will supervise administrative teams and service providers to ensure that all operational activities are conducted safely and efficiently, aligning with both local laws and international standards. A significant portion of the role involves strategic planning for travel operations and enhancing workplace safety protocols. The successful candidate will ensure that the organization's infrastructure supports its mission of food security and livelihoods across Tanzania. By managing resources effectively, the Senior Manager will help drive the impact of the Mastercard Foundation partnership programme. The salary for this position is negotiable.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration & Logistics Management or related field.
Minimum 6 years’ senior-level experience.
NGO/international organization experience preferred.
Strong leadership and operational management skills.
Extensive experience in fleet management and transport operations.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale office facilities and organizational assets.
Strategic oversight of travel operations and workplace safety protocols.
Demonstrated ability to supervise administration teams and service providers.
Proficiency in logistics management systems and software tools.
Expert knowledge of local procurement and administrative regulations.
