DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGER @ BRAC
BRAC is seeking a dedicated Digital Transformation Manager to lead and oversee our digital initiatives. This role involves driving the organization's digital agenda by managing projects that enhance financial inclusion and leveraging technology to improve our service delivery platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital tools across our operations.
As the Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including financial institutions, Mobile Network Operators, and fintech partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in modernizing our technological infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting innovative financial solutions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, MIS, or Project Management
At least three years of professional experience in financial inclusion or digital finance
Proven experience in product development and payment platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives
Familiarity with the operations of Mobile Network Operators and fintech organizations
Professional certification in a relevant field is considered an added advantage
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for financial institutions in Tanzania
Advanced analytical skills and capability to interpret complex financial datasets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to bridge technical and business requirements
Ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively within a dynamic organizational environment
