Key Requirements

Must have a university degree in Laws (Master's degree is an added advantage) Must be registered as an Advocate At least seven (7) years of experience in legal practice Profound knowledge of Industrial Relations laws and practices Comprehensive understanding of Company Secretary roles and responsibilities Strong analytical skills: Ability to assess legal problems quickly and develop realistic, multidisciplinary solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills High level of integrity and professional ethics Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents Ability to advise senior management on legal and governance matters
