A national full-service law firm is expanding its real estate practice in the Pacific Northwest, seeking a Real Estate Partner or Counsel for their offices in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. The firm offers a collaborative environment, hybrid work flexibility, and a reputation for supporting its legal professionals. Possible work locations include both Portland and Seattle. Applicants must have over seven years of experience in real estate transactions and be licensed to practice in Oregon or Washington. A portable book of business is necessary, along with expertise in purchase and sale agreements, financing, zoning, and land use. The annual salary for this role is between $200,000 and $350,000, depending on experience.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience in real estate transactions
Active license with the Oregon (OR) or Washington (WA) State Bar
Possession of a portable book of business
Extensive expertise in purchase and sale agreements
Proven experience with real estate financing
Comprehensive knowledge of zoning laws and regulations
Significant background in land use legal matters
Ability to work within a high-performing collaborative team environment
Strong transactional legal skills and history
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
