BOL HR Consultants is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our client's team based in Tanga, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment support, and personnel record management. This role requires a professional who can maintain high standards of confidentiality and efficiency while supporting the broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities include assisting with payroll processing, monitoring staff attendance, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The role is based in Tanga, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to contribute to a growing manufacturing operation with a competitive salary of TZS 500,000 Net per month.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources Management or any related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
Sound understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
