BhumiHR consultancy is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of a premium resort located in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining high standards of service excellence, and ensuring operational profitability. Key Requirements
12–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role
Significant experience in luxury hotels or resorts
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and financial acumen
Experience working with reputed hospitality brands
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania
Male gender as per employer specification
Maximum age limit of 45 years
Ability to manage budgets and operational costs
