Key Requirements
Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in commercial and operational leadership roles.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and organizational expansion.
Prior experience working in the African market is highly preferred.
Educational background in Engineering with strong technical understanding.
Solid financial and analytical skills with experience in budgeting and profitability.
Ability to drive strategic projects and manage complex tender processes.
Experience in building and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.
Excellent communication skills for representing the company in industry forums.
