The Operations Manager will serve as the engine behind the company’s interior fit-out projects, taking full responsibility for delivery, personnel management, supply chain coordination, budget oversight, and overall operational discipline. This role requires a high-impact individual capable of navigating complex, multi-project environments, identifying potential risks before they escalate, and maintaining project profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will streamline processes, manage budgets and cash flow, and ensure that procurement and site execution remain perfectly aligned.

Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of operational KPIs and possess the ability to convert chaotic project statuses into structured, actionable recovery plans. The role involves high-level problem solving, including managing difficult stakeholders and maintaining quality standards from the procurement phase to project completion. Salary offered is up to TZS 2M per month, depending on experience.
