Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, global compliance, compensation, and benefits programs. You will also champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while driving employee engagement and learning development programs. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $12,000 to $16,000 USD for entry-level executive profiles, with senior-level compensation reaching up to $30,000 USD. Additional benefits include an annual performance bonus of 30%–50%, equity options, comprehensive family health insurance, and full relocation support or housing allowances where applicable.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of HR leadership experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a CHRO, CPO, or equivalent executive role.
Proven track record of scaling high-growth organizations.
Deep expertise in talent management and employee relations.
Extensive knowledge of global HR compliance standards.
Exceptional interpersonal and change management skills.
Experience in global or multi-regional environments.
Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD Level 7.
Strong ability to partner with executives on succession planning.
