CAMP MANAGER @ BEACH SAFARIS
Beach Safaris is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Manager to lead operations at one of our premier safari properties in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the property, ensuring that all guest experiences meet our high standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for visitors from around the world. You will lead our team, maintain service excellence, manage costs, and coordinate across all internal departments to create unforgettable safari experiences.
The role requires a leader who is comfortable being on the floor and engaging with guests, while simultaneously managing the logistical and operational aspects of a high-end property. You will play a vital role in our ongoing success, driving commercial awareness, and upholding the integrity of our brand. Key Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in a similar hospitality management position
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent written and spoken Kiswahili
A hands-on, guest-focused approach
Strong understanding of operations, sales and cost control
Marketing and commercial awareness
Good computer skills
Hospitality or hotel management education is an advantage
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
