This role is crucial for driving business growth through strong Channel Sales, Distributor Management, and General Trade expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing distribution channels, and expanding market reach within Tanzania. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and fostering strong relationships with distributors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and a proactive approach to market development. They will lead sales initiatives, develop and execute effective route-to-market strategies, and ensure optimal performance across all sales channels. Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in the Beverage/FMCG industry
Strong background in Channel Sales & Distributor Management
Experience in Route-to-Market (RTM) and General Trade
Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
