Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Specific HR experience within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and employment regulations.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies.
Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Proficiency in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and performance management software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
