Bawe Island, a property under The Cocoon Collection, is seeking a professional and charismatic Guest Relations Executive to join our luxury team in Zanzibar. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international guests, ensuring that their stay is seamless, personalized, and truly unforgettable. You will be responsible for managing guest requests, resolving concerns with grace, and curating experiences that embody the prestige of our Leading Hotel of the World designation.

Key Requirements
Fluency in Italian, German, French, or Russian is mandatory
Proven experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
