HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP) @ BANK OF AFRICA BMCE GROUP
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in partnering with various business units to execute people strategies aimed at boosting performance, enhancing employee engagement, and improving organizational effectiveness. This position ensures that all HR initiatives are in direct alignment with the Bank's broader strategic objectives. The HRBP will be instrumental in fostering a positive organizational culture and supporting the overall growth and development of the workforce. The role involves driving strategic HR initiatives and providing expert advisory to line managers on various employee matters.
Key responsibilities include leading bank-wide performance management processes from objective setting to performance improvement plans, and spearheading employee engagement strategies through surveys, feedback, and action plans. The HRBP will manage talent acquisition and workforce planning, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves assisting in HR policy updates, preparing HR reports, coordinating staff engagement activities, and supporting succession planning and talent development. Monitoring attrition trends and ensuring accurate HR data management are also crucial for informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, a Master's Degree, or a related field
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage
5-8 years of HR experience, with exposure to business partnering
Strong HR Business Partnering and Business Acumen
Proficiency in Stakeholder Relationship Management
Experience in Performance and Talent Management
Adept at Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture & Change Management
Knowledge of HR Governance, Compliance & Policy Implementation
Excellent Coaching, Communication, Interpersonal & Influencing Skills
Ability to perform People Analytics, Data Analysis, Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making
