We are looking for a talented Chef specializing in Chinese Cuisine to join our team at Backbone Tanzania Company Ltd. Based in Kibaha-Pwani, this role is critical for providing authentic and high-quality meals to our staff and guests, maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence and kitchen hygiene.
The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and recipes, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed within the kitchen premises.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese dishes
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
Ability to prepare a variety of authentic Chinese meals
Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to manage kitchen inventory and order supplies
Creativity in food presentation and menu development
Strong organizational skills and time management
Leadership skills to coordinate with kitchen helpers
