Backbone Tanzania Company Limited is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Sales, Marketing & Branding functions. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Strong understanding of Tanzanian labour laws, particularly the Employment and Labour Relations Act (ELRA).
Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Strong performance management, coaching, and employee relations skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven business environment.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect HR initiatives with business and revenue objectives.
Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll administration.
