RECEPTIONIST/BUILDING MANAGER @ AZURA BEACH
Azura Beach is seeking a dedicated and qualified Receptionist/Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of their property in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, managing front desk activities, apartment viewings, and tenant communications. This role requires a balance of administrative excellence and practical facility management to ensure a high standard of living for all tenants and the efficient operation of the building.
The manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties including utility tracking for water and electricity, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and supervising cleaning and security staff. Key tasks also involve overseeing landscaping, managing waste disposal, and ensuring all security systems like CCTV and electric fencing are functional. This is a comprehensive role that requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking and maintaining professional standards across all building services.

Key Requirements
A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in front desk operations or reception duties.
Strong ability to manage tenant relations and professional communication.
Capability to set up and track billing systems for water and electricity.
Experience in property maintenance coordination and repair oversight.
Ability to develop and enforce building rules and policies effectively.
Skills in staff supervision, specifically for cleaning and security personnel.
Knowledge of landscaping and basic outdoor maintenance requirements.
Proficiency in monitoring security equipment including CCTV and electric fences.
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining booking and maintenance schedules.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
