AVA GLOBAL CONSULTING is looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to lead our HR functions in Arusha. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that foster accountability and professional development across the organization.
The successful candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new talent. You will also be the custodian of company policies, ensuring full compliance with Tanzanian labour laws, handling workplace disputes with professionalism, and identifying staff development needs through structured training programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour law and statutory compliance
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution
Ability to conduct skills gap analysis and deliver training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
High level of integrity and professional ethics
