Key Requirements
Age 45 years or below
Proven experience as a CEO, GM, Country Manager, or Operations Director
Strong people management and leadership capabilities
Mining industry experience is highly preferred
Strong commercial and business-development mindset
Excellent strategic decision-making skills
Experience in high-performing team building
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance
Advanced financial management and operational oversight skills
