Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience or interest in Level 1 Desktop Support services.
Ability to perform dispatch tasks and travel to on-site locations promptly.
Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop hardware and peripheral devices.
Basic knowledge of software installation and operating system configuration.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients on-site.
Flexibility to work on an on-call basis as tickets are raised.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during field visits.
Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
Commitment to responding to technical tickets as soon as they are assigned.
A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and field service protocols.
