Atlantic Metal Limited and Galata Wood & Furniture are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development and brand growth across Zanzibar. This pivotal role involves representing our premium aluminium windows, doors, furniture, and bespoke interior solutions to a diverse client base.
The successful candidate will be expected to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operators, resort owners, construction contractors, property developers, architects, and private homeowners. You will take full ownership of the sales funnel, from initial lead generation and professional site visits to delivering project quotations and closing high-value contracts. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven negotiation and client relationship management abilities
Experience in construction, aluminium, furniture, real estate or hospitality
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong organizational skills for managing quotations and follow-ups
Valid driving license and ability to travel for client meetings
