We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive company growth.
You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, participating in ground marketing activities, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The working location for this position is Sinza Kumekucha, PR Complex, Office #42. The minimum salary for this role is TZS 400,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and ground marketing
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Valid driver’s license (Mandatory)
Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation skills for client interactions
Knowledge of local market trends in Dar es Salaam
